Works by Author provides a browsable list of works from all areas of Digitale Bibliothek Deutscher Klassiker organised by the name of the author. Click the Works by Author button in the toolbar to open the page. From the Works by Author page you can access the Full Text or Bibliographic details for works by a particular author.

Authors are listed alphabetically by surname. For each author, titles are sub-categorised into Literary, Non-literary, Letters, Diaries and Register to show which area of Digitale Bibliothek Deutscher Klassiker they are from. Titles with more than one author are listed under each individual author beside the Contributions to heading . Where the author is unknown, titles are listed under Annonymous.

To browse Works by Author:

1. Use the A-Z links at the top of the page to jump to author surnames beginning with a particular letter.
   
   
2. Click a title link to open the Full Text of the work
   
   
3. Click the Bibliographic details link to view just the bibliographic citation for the work

Note: commentary and apparatus are not included in Works by Author.
